for orientation on how to improve our neighborhood-watch program ... - Result: In August/2009, a meeting was scheduled by Ronald Kohl (Retired Law-
Enforcement Crime Prevention Manager) for him to orient us as to how to improve our
neighborhood- watch, inexplicably cancelled by an administrative assistant/Christine,

Many thx for your responsive gesture.
Detective Paul Harvey paid me an exploratory call on Friday (3/17th).
He, then contacted the victim and outlined the forthcoming logistics.
To avoid the need for a subpoena, for the sake of immediate expedition of the resolution of this felony theft case, a South District,
property crimes detective will be dispatched first thing this morning to view the video with the victim for positive id.
Plz keep me informed as to how I may be most supportive, on behalf of this close associate, in pursuit of as speedy as possible healthy
closure.

My intensively aggressive battle to replace Rodney paid-off geometrically . . .
My business partner was robbed day before yesterday. She's very sharp!, and has accomplished much since then (but with very limited
support, at best) from law-enforcement. A case that would prove very valuable in assisting you in your passionate effort towards
improving methodologies accross the board.
I have gathered a lot of the documented evidence in this regard. Please call me at your earliest convenience to orient me as to how I may

What is our security based upon? This is a vital, bottom-line question.
Security is a basic need of all humans. But as with all quests, if we look for the object of our search in an area where it cannot be found,
we court certain frustration and failure.
Many would base their security on outside conditions. That is building our house on sand. Beauty passes, fame is fleeting, wealth can
quickly evaporate, and health is fragile at best. What then is safe to count upon?
Only one security cannot be taken away, and it resides within. Security based on our own belief in ourselves, in our ability not
only to cope and survive, but to celebrate life is the only security that lasts. As hard as it may be for adult children to learn they
can trust themselves, it still is the only lasting security.
