While, our professional practice has mostly served the wealthy
retiree demographic, our intense community-service has served the
less adequately represented, yet much less resourceful, "labor and
youth" constituencies. For example: we have facilitated the
purchase of homes through government guaranteed loans and down
payment assistance for low income laborers since 1987; we raise
generous contributions from kind residents for the YMCA and
MAKE A WISH foundation; and we have successfully persuaded
the city government to purchase a Windsor Road assemblage to
facilitate a much needed children play-ground in our beloved
neighborhood. In our pursuit of our passionate relatively inclusive
agenda, we look forward to develop our relationship at your
discretion, in whatever capacity you consider compatible per your
